How do I place an order?
Placing an order is really easy. You can either shop by a product category or brand. To find out more information about a product, just click on the product image. To buy a product, just choose the quantity and add to the shopping basket, which is handled through Paypal. Once your order is completed you will get an e-mail confirmation. It’s that easy!
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery in the UK is £2.95 for orders under £100; any orders over £100 are free. International orders to Europe are £5.95; just add the International Postage Supplement to Europe. Please add the International Postage Supplement to the Rest of the World for all other areas. Please note that when ordering goods from outside the EU you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes which are charged once your order arrives in your country. Refer to Terms & Conditions for further information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, so your goods should arrive between 3-5 working days from the date of your order. International orders typically take between 5-7 working days.

Can I return an item?
Of course! Please see the Terms & Conditions section for all the specifics of how to an item, but the bottom line is - if you don’t love it, send it back.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, for those special occasions we offer a gift-wrapping service. Just send us an e-mail with the details. Sorry, I know this is a bit of a pain to do it in two steps but it is only an interim measure – I’m working on it!
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, when you place your order you will automatically get a confirmation receipt via e-mail. There will be a dispatch receipt included with your order. All receipts will have applicable VAT details.
What if I can’t find the size I am looking for?
We will always endeavour to keep our products in stock; however some products are really popular and sell out very quickly! Please email us at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we will do our best to get the product back in stock.
How can I pay?
All payments will be processed through Paypal. You don’t need an account to use the service, just any valid debit or credit card. If, for whatever reason, you can’t pay through Paypal, please contact me before checking out to inform me of any items you wish to purchase, and I can accept a UK cheque. Please note, however, that items will not be shipped until the cheque clears in full.
