This brand recently introduced the world’s first interactive clothing for kids - check out the “Rainbow” range, which can be brought to life by visiting the main Brights and Stripes page and interacting with a webcam. They have used augmented reality technology to develop and produce “The Rainbow Story”. When the child stands in front of a webcam, a 3D animated weather story comes to life and unfolds in time to the child’s movements. So by following the movements, the child can bring out the rain, the sun and then a rainbow. This is the first example of genuinely interactive, augmented reality clothing.
