What a beautiful and quirky little book It is like walking down the street and glimpsing in all of these hidden away little stores as the author, through photographs, shares images of all these nooks and crannies Most of the entries are, as the title suggests, linked to style in decor or fabric or vintage items There are somepractical sections highlighting some of the authors favorite places in Paris to dine or wander in nature The main interest though is definitely le shopping I What a beautiful and quirky little book It is like walking down the street and glimpsing in all of these hidden away little stores as the author, through photographs, shares images of all these nooks and crannies Most of the entries are, as the title suggests, linked to style in decor or fabric or vintage items There are somepractical sections highlighting some of the authors favorite places in Paris to dine or wander in nature The main interest though is definitely le shopping I wish I had this book way back when as a college student in Paris for a year It would have provided a great treasure hunt throughout the city Thank you to Elodie Rambaud and GoodReads for providing a copy of this book for review I would recommend The Paris Style Guide to anyone who dreams of strolling through the City of Lights and when I go back, I definitely plan on fully exploring the chapter on pastries and other sweet treats

My rating on this one is solely because the book is so pretty to look through, as I can t really judge its usefulness as a where to go guide until I travel to Paris again But it s gorgeous to look at I wish it hadrestaurants and places to go to have fun, as there are a lot of where to buy textiles, fabrics and art supplies places included in here, but I m sure it hasthan enough fun places for multiple trips to the City of Lights A nice coffee table book.
